VISITING OUR LOCAL PUMPKIN FARM

Today, Ava and I along with my friend Mary and her daughter Nicole spent some time at our local pumpkin farm. There was lots to do. First off the girls got their faces painted...Ava had a pumpkin painted on her cheek to match her shirt and Nicole had her face painted like a puppy!
Next we headed to the barn to visit all the animals, followed by a pony ride. Ava had to stop to pick up some interesting looking rocks on the way. We made our way through the corn maze and then took a wagon ride out to the pumpkin field to pick our own pumpkin. We had a great time.

What a fun trip. I just love that cute pumpkin sweatshirt Ava is sporting.

You got some really nice photos there! It looks like so much fun. We are going to the pumpkin patch next weekend to get everyone their pumpkins and some cider.
