Well, Ava had her first trip to the cottage this long weekend. She was quite the trooper for the four hour trip in the car. She still sit backwards in her car seat because of her weight/height, so Jessie and Abbey kept her entertained peering at her from behind the dog barrier.She had a fun filled weekend sitting on the deck soaking up the rays, trying out her first Coors light thanks to Papa, taking a walk on the beach, dipping her toes in the lake, wrestling with Jessie, watching the Sens game on TV with Papa and going to her first birthday party at her second cousins Mathieu's place. As you can see both the birthday boy and Ava quite enjoyed the birthday cake. She also cristened the kitchen sink for "Tubbie Time".

Oh man does that cottage life look good. You lucky little devil getting somewhere to escape. Where is your cottage?
Where did you get the nice big green hat with the string on the neck? Olivia has a big head and have trouble finding hats for her.
